Stoke Newington Town Hall Wedding // Rebecca & Keith
Stoke Newington Town Hall is one of my favourite London town halls. With its concrete exterior and dark wood Art Deco interior, it has lovely light and is perfect for a London wedding. Rebecca and Keith got married in the council chamber before and then had their reception at The Gun. This grade II listed pub has great views over the Thames and is a perfect location for a wedding reception. After the ceremony, I travelled with the Rebecca & Keith in a white London taxi, whilst the guests made their way there on a Routemaster bus. The pub is in an amazing location, and is steeped in history. From Nelson’s private meetings there to a history of smuggling, and it has amazing views across the Thames. The weather was great and so everyone got to make the most of the outside space. After canapés and Champagne on the banks of the river, dinner was served in the pub’s dining room. After that, there was speeches and dancing, and a lovely sunset over London. The Gun was great choice for a reception after their Stoke Newington Town Hall wedding, and the whole day was a lot of fun.
I photograph many ‘town hall ceremony and a pub reception’ London weddings. So if you liked this Stoke Newington Town Hall wedding, you may also like this Drapers Arms Wedding or this Camden Town Hall Wedding
